Avoid clichés! All to often, copywriters use clichés and sayings and language that has been written and reused time and time again. It does not make for exciting and interesting reading. Try to keep your copy unique and put your own stamp on your writing rather than rehashing other peoples words. Note: Images can also be clichés too! Remember, one of the best copywriting tips is originality!
Don't ramble! Make up your mind what it is that you want to say before you start writing. If you don't do this then you could easily go all around the houses, rambling and waffling for several paragraphs, before making your point. I can guarantee, your reader will have left you a long time before this killer point is made!
