Two Quality Copywriting Tips

A big welcome to Copywriting Tips! So, you’re back for your daily dose of copywriting tips, and you’re certainly in for a treat today. Here are a couple of beauties…

  • Avoid the ‘delayed drop’. Many writers often use this tactic as a way of teasing the reader and getting them excited before dropping in a killer, unexpected point. However, this may be effective in long articles, for magazines for example, but it does NOT work in copywriting. People are short of time and want the killer point straight way. Don’t make your readers work for it. This is one of the most vital copywriting tips.
  • Remember ‘KISS’. KISS is one of the best copywriting tips that you are ever likely to receive. ‘Keep it Short and Simple’. There’s no point going round the houses with long and complex sentences in order to make a rather simple point. Your readers will get bored and migrate away from your dreary, complicated copy…

Hopefully you will make use of these two fantastic copywriting tips and are now well on your way as a budding copywriter!

Until next time…
